The exercise feels good
and the people are nice.

has your body changed since beginning Pilates?
We did my measurements
recently, and I had lost a few inches everywhere! I have also lost eight pounds and I can tell

What
have you done to achieve these results?
I come to class twice a
week, and I do one private each month. I
have also been logging my food and have reduced my calorie intake since
September, and that has really helped.
What
has 15 to Fit done to help you?
Besides the weight and
inches lost, it has given me more flexibility and mobility. I felt like I was becoming really stiff.
What
would you say to someone who has a hard time sticking to an exercise routine?
